Lady Gaga's Fashion Evolution at the Grammy's

Lady Gaga's Fashion Evolution at the Grammy's

Gaga is known to dress to impress and the Grammy's Award Show is one of her biggest fashion platform. Every year her outfit becomes more iconic than the one before it.

Whether arriving on the carpet in an egg or going glamorous in a designer dress, you just never know what the Mother Monster will wear.

Let us take a journey back on the outfits Lady Gaga shined in at the Grammy's starting from 2010. This was her first Grammy appearance and her outfit sure did the occasion justice.

2010
The dress was essentially see-through however the most prominent piece of her look was surely her heel-less shoes. These shoe-stockings look to be made from a rare hybrid of bubbles and disco balls. Not falling in these shoes was a total miracle.

In the same year, Gage had an outfit change before her performance, just like she has done every year since then. In an unforgettable opening number, she kicked off the award show in a green bodice and green heeled boots, all embellished with what seem to resemble rhinestones.

One outfit change apparently wasn't enough so Gaga had three in total that year. For her last audience look, she wore the same heel-less shoes paired with a silver bodice and headpiece which resemble 'The Flash's' costume, also adding a powerful pink eyeshadow to complete the look with a pop of colour.

2011 was probably the weirdest look that has ever been worn to the Grammy's award show. That year Gaga made her way onto the red carpet in an egg, yes, an egg. Later the egg hatched and out came the talented Gaga to perform on stage.

In 2012, the Mother Monster wore a custom Versace gown, which included a rhinestone black veil that covered her entire body, even her face, and then became a sort of chain mail for a structured metallic gold bodice with extra-sharp shoulders - her signature look. To finish off the look she wore gold nails. A pop pf colour was added through her make up look, a matte red lip and a strong cat eye. The train was also connected to her hand for mobility's sake.

After these very bombastic 3 years, Gaga didn't make it to the Grammy's until 2015, where she made her entrance in a striking silver gown, with a v-neck going down all the way to the middle of her stomach and a v-line threading up all the way to her upper thigh. Talk about a show stopper!

2015

In 2016, the singer opted for a Marc Jacobs blue embellished blazer dress as her red carpet look, which was completed with blue eyeshadow and the biggest pair of red platform shoes you have ever seen. For her performance look she channeled David Bowie's glam rock alter ego and wore a white embellished suit, white shoes and a light pink feather boa, completed with sparkling make-up and red-orange hair.

2017 was the year that the artist was scheduled to perform with the iconic band Metallica and as a tribute to this she sported a head-to-toe leather look with knee-high-heeled boots.

2017

Last year Gaga kept it classy in a custom Armani Prive' gown fit for a queen. Later she stunned on stage with a light-pink gown made out of tutu material.

Every Lady Gaga fan is looking forward to what the Mother Monster will wear to the next edition of the Grammy's.
