Chanel at this year's OBE's

It's Official... Chanel is still more than relevant years on

Famous actress Keira Knightley chose the brand Chanel to wear to this year's OBE's. This award was given to her for her services to drama and charity and she stunned in a lemon tweed two-piece from the 2017 spring collection.

The suit was completed with a pink belt around her waist, a white blouse with a tied black ribbon round her collar and a matching boater hat. She accessorised with brown lace-up heels and a white handbag.  Keira unsurprisingly chose this fashion house for such an occasion as she herself is an ambassador for this brand and the face of the brand's Coco Mademoiselle fragrance.  This was not the first time that she was seen wearing Chanel at important events in her life especially at her wedding to husband James Wrighton. Her husband accompanied her to the event also wearing a Chanel tweed suit.
Also joining the actress, who was catapulted into the spotlight after her seminal role in 2002's Bend It Like Beckham and was named as a recipient in this year’s Queen’s Birthday Honours list, were Knightley's parents, Sharman Macdonald and Will Knightley.
Recently the actress also chose Chanel to dress her to the premiere of her movie The Nutcracker and the Four Realms where she stole the show in a frothy, feathered gown from the label. She also chose a Chanel gown on the evening of the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and at the Venice film festival to promote the film Atonement.

It is safe to say that Keira Knightley has formed a long-time love affair with the brand Chanel.
